  • Is this just for coffee or can it be for other food/beverages?

    The how-to videos, profit projections and cart buildouts are set up for coffee but the principles in the class will spread across the industry into beverages and food as well.

  • This looks great but I’m lazy. Can you just make my cart for me?

    Possibly! Once or twice a year, I will take on a new project that interests me. I hand select a student from one of my courses and work with them to build out their cart or truck.
