I built the Green Joe Coffee Truck from the bottom up. To pursue my dream of being a barista (that can make a decent living). My blog has a step by step history of how I did it. If you have any questions, throw them my way!

As far as myself, there's not much to say. I'm in my thirties, married to the woman of my dreams with an awesome daughter. I'm a purple heart veteran, however, my degree is in Emergency Medicine where I worked as a paramedic in Albuquerque for roughly 6 years. Seeking change, I became the Operations Director for a local supplement company. After years of 60-70 hour work weeks, I bought the trailer and start working on it during the weekends. In September I made the jump and opened the Green Joe Coffee Truck. My life hasn't been the same since...

Green Joe is Guiseppe Verdi in Italian. It is a ship that made voyages from Italy to Ellis Island. My great-grandfather came to his country when he was 14 years old to chase the American Dream. I have named the Green Joe Coffee Truck after that ship, as it is also the vessel that I travel in to find my American Dream.
